Services: Unfortunately, for all services we cannot accept any refund request. All services (including packages) purchased, booked or completed services are final and non-refundable. You may be subject to exchange service of equal or less value if requested to exchange before 24 Hours of booked appointment. We are committed to assist our guest with all their concerns and shall recommend appropriate post treatment protocol /regimen to be followed.

Promotional or Special Offer Items: On Sale and Special offers items and services are non-refundable; any deposit for booking services or events is also non-refundable. Rescheduling of appointment can only be done before 24 Hours.

Products: Unused and unopened products in original packaging are eligible for refund within 2 weeks of purchase. Items must be in the original condition and accompanied with receipt. All requests can be processed by contacting us at (404)688-7957 or via email at suberjas@planetskin.co.

Please remember all refunds may take 3-7 business days for your bank or the credit card company to process refunds.

No Show / Same day Cancellation: All no-show appointments are non-refundable. Same day cancellations are non-refundable. All deposits non-refundable.
