Clients have within 24 hours before canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If client arrives late, your appointment may be shortened or subject to cancellation to accommodate the next scheduled client, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Cancellation Fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows, and may be subject to half or full price of service.

Parking is provided behind the building for clients. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If parking is unavailable behind the building, clients may park on the street, where parking is free of charge. Alternatively, there is a parking lot next door that charges an hourly fee for parking.

Please ensure that vehicles do not block driveways or access points.

   - Parking is only permitted in designated areas.

Clients and employees are responsible for adhering to all parking regulations and signage in the area to avoid fines or towing.

To ensure the best possible experience during your spa appointment, all clients are required to fill out an intake form prior to their visit. This form collects essential information that helps our staff understand your needs and preferences. Any medications, prescribed or unprescribed, conditions, allergie, etc. must be listed prior to appointment or client may be subject to non service.
